FAQ

1. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Oooh we like a bit of a challenge! If it rains, we would be very happy to continue as planned. It's worth considering a few plan B's prior to the day though. Make sure you have some colour coordinated umbrellas and possibly a few pairs of wellies? You're guaranteed to have some really fun pictures if it rains and we can always work inside the venue to look for the best spaces with the most natural light available and the least distractions in the background.

2. How long do you keep images of us?
Your best images and multiple backups are stored indefinitely.

3. What will you do if your camera breaks on the day?

We bring at least two cameras per photographer and other backup equipment on the day.

4. Can you supply pictures printed onto canvas?
After you have received a link and password to your online photo gallery, you will be able to purchase anything from prints to wall art directly from the gallery. We outsource all our printing.

5. How long does it take to get our pictures back after the wedding?
We guarantee to deliver your pictures to your home within 10 working days. Exceptions to this may be disasters or postal strikes. We will communicate this to you should something completely out of our control occur.

6. Can we provide you with a meal if you are staying all day?

When your guests are eating, we will use the time to check our equipment, backup your photographs etc. We never say no to food and so if you do kindly offer it, we would hope that you don't mind if we eat and back up at the same time. (in a different part of the venue)

7. Can we have some of our pictures in black and white?

Of course! Click here to take a look at our different editing styles and feel free to let us know if you'd like to order additional copies of your images in various editing styles.

8. Can images be retouched?
Pictures ordered for your album, book or prints are all adjusted to show them at their best. This might include a natural amount of skin softening, sharpening, adjusting brightness, colour, removing blemishes and distractions.

9. Can our wedding pictures be viewed on the internet?
As we are very proud of our brides and grooms and the amount of effort they put into the details of their day, we like to brag a bit and show off on Facebook. We will post a maximum of 15 images of your wedding on our Blog and on Facebook with the intention of attracting and working with more couples just as cool as you.

Please also feel free to upload any of the pictures taken by us, of your wedding day, online. We would very much appreciate if images were not changed, cropped, edited in any way as we are also very proud of our work. It's fun to play around and be creative, however wherever possible we try to protect our brand and photographic style.

10. Will you send pictures of us to Wedding Bloggers?

We would be delighted to send pictures of your wedding to wedding bloggers! We know they only accept the best, so if pictures of your wedding do get published it would be a great privilege and honor.

11. How long will you attend the wedding for?

Depending on which package you choose, as long as you like. If you decide at the last minute you need extra coverage our set price is 120 pounds per hour.

12. What pictures will you take at our wedding?
We have a whole list of ideas for pictures we could take for you, however if you have your own ideas we would be more than happy to discuss your vision and requirements on our pre-wedding meeting.

13. I have a particular style of photography in mind, are you able to take similar photographs?
Of course we have a set style which is why our brides and grooms choose to work with us, however, if you see images in bridal magazines that you like, bring them along to the pre-wedding meeting and we can brainstorm (brain-shower?) together.

14. Do you have any kind of insurance?

We are insured for loss and damage as well as public liability.
